Where It All Began
Generations of home made goodness
As a small child, standing on a stool beside my grandmother and watching her work her magic with her loaves of sweet, yeasty dough, the world felt perfect. From these moments of wonder and rest grew a lifelong love for baking and the comfort it brings. The Resting Spoon grew from that same heart - a home bakery where every roll is made with warmth, care, and the hope of giving others a taste of rest and home.

We meet our customers at the Walmart parking lot in Sedalia.
Wednesday: 12 pm , 3 pm, or 6:00 pm
Sunday: 3 pm
If a customer fails to meet us at the arranged pick-up time, we will attempt to reschedule for that day. No refunds will be given for missed pick-ups.
